Our Journey

The idea for StageMaker was born out of a personal quest for better sound.

After purchasing a few top-tier Bluetooth and Hi-Fi portable speakers, I found that though the sound was good, I always felt something was missing. It made me remember the days of old-time analog stereo equipment, and I noticed that while portable Bluetooth speakers have completely changed where we can enjoy music, their compact, plastic enclosures often leave the already compressed audio feeling flat, sterile, and thin.

I wondered: What if we looked backward to move forward?

I spent months researching the natural resonance of musical instruments—guitars, violins, and cellos—studying how different wood grains and internal chambers shape acoustic waves. Through dozens of prototypes, sound tests, and fine-tuning, we perfected a passive resonance box that acts as a mechanical enhancer. 

Today, we are preparing to open our first mass production batch to early backers via Kickstarter, bridging the gap between modern technology and timeless analog soul.
